Our Process

Phase 2 – Design & Refine

Once the estimate is refined and approved, we can help you explore design options by offering our guidance and expertise. Our Interior Designer, Caroline Wingenbach, will come to your house and learn more about your vision. She’ll measure and photograph the exisiting space and document any special requests you may have. Using that information, we’ll meet again at our design studio and propose preliminary material selections and design concepts. Depending on the level of detail required, 3D virtual renderings, sketches or elevations can be provided to ensure you understand exactly what your new space will look like.

Once we’ve made final selections, we’ll define the details and record them in a construction document, specifying your fixtures, finishes and construction requirements.
